I don't have much time - getting ready to board a flight to Seattle and on to Portland which SUCKS since I'm coming home tomorrow but I have two things to say.
Women's gymnastics is the most unacceptable thing I have ever seen. And Michael Phelps is ugly.
I'll get back to that.....got to board my plane.

I totally agree. It's like, "Let's take these girls with potential and sculpt them into stunted little trolls. Also, don't forget to make them sport the same costume Nadia Comanechi and friends were rockin' as far back as the early 60's: spangled leotards and shoulder-length ponytails that defy gravity with the help of two cans of hairspray, a white scrunchie, and one million hair clips. All the other sports have changed their outfits over time - Florence Griffith Joyner certainly didn't wear the rayon shorts of yore - and the spacesuit wearing ski jumpers don't wear wool suits like they used to in the olden days....why can't the gymnasts update? It's just so unfair!
Several questions:
Why do they all have to be 4' tall and 12 years old? Why can't there be a tall, older gymnast? In "American Anthem", starring hot Mitch Gaylord and Janet Jones (Wayne Gretzky's wife), Janet was a beautiful, tall, and old gymnast...and she was a champion!
The men's team seems to be men, so why not the "women's"?
Also, why does the Japanese men's team always have such cool hair? Actually, why do japanese people in general have such cool hair? Why do I love japanese men?
